Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Support Officer to join our administration department on a permanent basis. This role requires a keen attention to detail, solid interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced team environment.





Skills Required

- Proficient with Excel, word, and Outlook.

- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

- High Attention to Detail

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and time management skills within a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Administration Department and other departments as needed.

- Collaborate with the Finance Department to resolve invoice queries and process credit adjustments.

- Run weekly reports.

- Assist with end-of-period tasks.

- Support the Customer Services Department by efficiently and accurately handling client bookings.

- Perform receptionist duties as required to cover leave or breaks.
