At Pronamics, we've spent more than 35 years pouring blood, sweat and tears into our cost estimation and project management software; helping people across the construction, mining and civil infrastructure industries do their jobs better. We're pretty proud of what we've built.

Now, we're looking for someone new to join the team.

We're after someone who's great with people, curious about how things work, enjoys solving problems and likes the feeling of getting to the end of the day knowing they've helped someone.

You don't need software or estimating experience. We'll teach you.

Just to get this out of the way early, this isn't a software development role.

You'll start by learning the ins and outs of Expert Estimation, our cost estimating software. You'll have time to get your head around how it works, why our clients use it and how to help when something isn't quite going to plan.

From there, you'll move right into client support. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll start getting involved in sales, software demonstrations and potentially delivering training courses.

What you'll do

Your first couple of months will be focused on learning our software and building the knowledge you need to support our clients confidently.

From there, you'll:

- Help clients solve problems and get more from our software.

- Provide support over the phone and via email.

- Investigate client queries, ask the right questions and find practical solutions.

- Work with our Development team to test new features and share what we're hearing from clients.

- Learn how to understand what a client needs and help them find the right solution.

- Build your skills in sales discovery and software demonstrations.

- Potentially join our afterhours support roster.

As you develop, there may also be opportunities to deliver client training and travel around Australia.





It's a role with room to grow. Where you take it will depend partly on what you're good at, what you enjoy and where you want to develop.

Who we're looking for

We're less concerned about where you've worked and more interested in how you think, communicate and learn.

You'll be someone who:

- Can talk comfortably with people at different levels of experience.

- Listens properly and asks questions before jumping to an answer.

- Enjoys helping someone get from "I don't get this" to "Ah, that makes sense."

- Is curious and likes figuring out why something isn't working as expected.

- Is comfortable learning and using different software and technology.

- Takes responsibility and follows through on what they say they'll do.

- Takes feedback on board and wants to keep improving.

- Understands that different people need things explained in different ways.

You could currently be working in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, coaching, training, technology or something completely different. If you're valuable with people, enjoy learning and like solving problems, we're interested in hearing from you.

We're not looking for a particular career history. We're looking for someone with the right approach.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Brendale office.

We're a team of different personalities, backgrounds and strengths, and we think that's a great thing. We share what we know, help each other out and don't expect everyone to think or work in exactly the same way.
