With the major investment phase now establishing a stronger platform for the future, the focus is shifting towards reliability, maintenance maturity and extracting greater performance from the site's assets. This is an opportunity for an experienced Reliability Manager to step into a business where the opportunity to make a tangible impact is significant.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will lead the site's reliability strategy and build greater structure and discipline across the maintenance function through developing a robust PM program, reliability strategy, asset management framework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement the site's reliability strategy
- Build and optimise preventative maintenance programs
- Develop asset registers, hierarchies and maintenance strategies
- Establish meaningful reliability and maintenance KPIs
- Leverage SAP PM and site data to drive proactive decision-making
- Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives
- Improve equipment availability, line efficiency and maintenance effectiveness
- Partner with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations to embed a preventative culture
- Improve maintenance planning, scheduling and PM execution
- Identify and deliver reliability and continuous improvement projects
- Support reliability across site facilities and utilities
- Coach and influence the maintenance team to build greater ownership and discipline

Your Background

This role suits an experienced Reliability,



Maintenance or Engineering leader with a strong background in a complex manufacturing or processing setting.

You will also have the following skills & experience:

- 6 - 10+ years' experience across reliability, maintenance or engineering
- Experience in a complex manufacturing, FMCG, food or processing environment
- Strong preventative and predictive maintenance experience
- Experience developing asset registers, hierarchies and maintenance strategies
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering and root cause analysis
- Experience with SAP PM or a similar CMMS
- Experience developing and using maintenance and reliability KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Demonstrated experience improving maintenance maturity and reducing reactive work
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A disciplined, structured and hands-on approach to driving change
- Experience leading or influencing maintenance teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential
