Responsibilities include:
- Clinical Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms and assist the Dentist during a range of clinical procedures, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
- Patient Care: Deliver professional, compassionate support to patients and contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Sterilisation & Infection Control: Maintain strict sterilisation processes and infection control standards to support safe clinical practice.
- Clinical Administration: Accurately complete clinical records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Dentists and clinical team members to ensure efficient daily operations and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with the qualifications, experience and attitude to thrive in a patient-focused environment:
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or relevant industry experience.
- Understanding of clinical policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional clinical team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of dental health.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, initiative and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
