We're Hiring Leaders Across Our Venues! Managers, Assistant Managers & Supervisors

All The Good Things Group, the team behind Brisbane restaurants La Bodega and Olli Italiano, are currently on the look out for hospitality leaders. With the busy season pending, and a new venue on the way, we are bolstering our team with people who have one common goal - warm, genuine hospitality.

Our venues are busy and high-energy, but the goal is never just fast service. It's creating places where guests feel properly looked after, and where the team actually enjoys turning up.

We're growing, and we're looking for leaders at every level to grow with us.

The Roles

We're hiring across three levels of front-of-house leadership. Tell us where you sit - or where you're ready to go next.

Restaurant Manager - You run the venue. Rosters, labour, standards, team development, and the guest experience from door to door. You work closely with the head chef and ownership to keep the whole thing moving, and lead from the front.

Assistant Manager - You're the manager's right hand and you run service in your own right. You lead shifts, hold the standard, develop the team around you, and step up when needed. A natural next step for a robust supervisor, or a sideways move into a group with room to grow.

Supervisor - You lead the team on the floor. You run a section, sometimes a shift, you set the pace, and you're the person the team looks to when it gets busy. Ideal if you've been a senior floor staff member and you're ready to take on more.

All three are hands-on, in-service roles. If you'd rather manage from an office, this isn't it!

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading service and being visible on the floor

- Supporting, training and developing the front-of-house team

- Creating a workplace where people feel respected and clear on expectations





- Running shifts - pace, priorities, and keeping the room under control

- Rosters, labour and staffing in line with trade (Manager and Assistant Manager)

- Handling guest feedback calmly and sensibly

- POS, cash handling and daily reporting

- Working closely with the kitchen to keep service flowing

- Keeping the venue clean, organised and consistent with our standards

- Meeting RSA, WHS and licensing requirements

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a busy restaurant or bar, at a level that matches the role you're after

- A steady, approachable leadership style

- Someone who leads by example and is comfortable on the floor

- An understanding of labour, costs and basic reporting - or the appetite to learn it

- Strong communication and the ability to keep a team aligned

- Someone who genuinely values hospitality, not just service

- Current RSA (or willing to obtain before starting)
