About the role

Inspire Energy is looking for an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to join our team in a warm-lead, high-conversion sales role. You'll be working a steady stream of qualified leads through our GoHighLevel CRM, managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to close. You'll be based primarily in our office and showroom, with the flexibility to attend customer homes for sales appointments when needed.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound, warm leads through our GoHighLevel CRM portal

- Conduct sales consultations in-office, in our showroom, and at customer homes

- Provide tailored solar solutions based on each customer's energy needs, usage, and budget

- Build genuine rapport with customers, educating them on solar perks, system options, and ROI

- Follow up promptly and consistently to maximise conversion from lead to sale

- Accurately maintain lead and customer records within the CRM

- Work closely with the installation and operations team to ensure a smooth handover from sale to install

- Stay up to date on solar technology, incentives, and industry trends to provide informed advice

About you

- Proven experience in solar sales is essential





- Genuine passion for renewable energy and helping customers make the switch to solar

- Confident, consultative sales style, you listen first, then present the right options

- Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and juggling multiple customers at once

- Experience working within a CRM system (GoHighLevel experience a bonus)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to hit and exceed sales targets

- Valid driver's licence (required for home sales appointments)
