We are currently seeking experienced Production and Machine Operators to support ongoing operations within a large-scale polymer manufacturing facility.
These roles support multiple production areas including extrusion, compounding, masterbatch, milling, blending, packing and recycling-grade manufacturing.
Positions are available across day, afternoon and night shifts, depending on experience and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your background, duties may include:
- Operation of manufacturing and processing machinery
- Strong Work History
- Extrusion and polymer compounding processes
- Blending, packing and milling operations
- Monitoring product quality and production output
- Basic fault-finding and process troubleshooting
- Manual handling and material movement
- Forklift operation (where licensed)
- Maintaining housekeeping and production standards
- Adhering to safety,
quality and operating procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Polymer / recycling manufacturing or production environments
- Exposure to plastics, polymer, extrusion, compounding or recycling industries highly regarded
- Forklift licence
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
- Ability to work rotating or fixed shifts
- Mechanical aptitude or technical mindset beneficial
- Stable work history within industrial environments
