About the Gladstone Goodstart Region

The Gladstone Community Directory connects people across the industrial port city of Gladstone and its surrounding communities. Situated on Queensland’s central coast, the region is a hub for alumina refining, LNG export, power generation, fishing and recreational boating.

What we're looking for

· · Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

· Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or early learning workplace

· Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

· Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

· Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one
