We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Assistant to join our Property Management team on the Southern Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on, varied role supporting two Property Managers across leasing, routines, entries, exits and general portfolio support. We’re looking for someone who already has QLD Property Management experience, understands the fundamentals & can confidently hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day

Working closely with our Property Managers, your role will include:

- Conducting leasing inspections & open homes

- Managing tenant enquiries, follow-up & booking viewings

- Assisting with the application & leasing process

- Conducting routine inspections

- Completing entry & exit inspections as required

- Managing your daily run schedule efficiently

- Assisting our Property Managers with general portfolio tasks

- Helping ensure leasing, inspections & day-to-day PM processes run smoothly

- Providing additional support across the department when required

Who We’re Looking For

For this role, previous QLD Property Management experience is essential.

You’ll ideally be someone who:





- Has hands-on experience within a QLD Property Management department

- Has a good working understanding of QLD tenancy legislation & processes

- Can step into leasing, routines, entries & exits confidently

- Is organised & capable of managing their own schedule

- Communicates confidently with owners, tenants & prospective tenants

- Takes ownership & follows things through

- Has strong attention to detail

- Enjoys being part of a team & supporting others

- Is proactive &comfortable; jumping in where needed

This could equally suit an experienced PM professional who enjoys the variety & support side of Property Management & wants to be part of a great team without the pressure of carrying a full portfolio.

What You’ll Need

- Previous QLD Property Management experience

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration

- Current driver’s licence

- Working knowledge of QLD Property Management processes & legislation

- Excellent communication & organisational skills

- A positive, team-focused approach

Mutual NSW recognition is beneficial but not essential.
