Remuneration: $43.05 - $54.32 + Super + NFP Salary Packaging to maximise your take home pay + Access to a Fleet Vehicle or $1.01 per kilometre travel reimbursement
Location: Far North Coast, covering areas from Ocean Shores through to Lismore, with some travel to Yamba

How You'll Support Our Clients

- Make a real difference in the lives of older Australians by delivering person-centred nursing care in clients' homes. Enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule while balancing client visits, documentation, reporting, and follow-up care, backed by a supportive team
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care, including assessments, wound care, continence and catheter management, medication administration, and clinical monitoring, while empowering clients to maintain their independence, confidence, and wellbeing through a restorative, wellness-focused approach

What Makes You A Great Fit

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years' aged care experience
- Solid clinical skills, including assessments, wound management, continence care, and catheter management




- Passion for supporting older Australians to live independently, with experience in restorative or reablement-focused care
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
- COVID‑19 vaccination is highly desirable
