Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced High Reach/Counterbalance Operators to join our warehouse teams across the South Eastern suburbs. These are excellent opportunities for skilled operators looking for ongoing work in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Monday to Friday availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating MHE safely and efficiently
- Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
- Loading and unloading stock
- Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse
- Picking and replenishing stock
- General warehouse duties as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Valid forklift licence(s) and proven operating experience
- Experience operating forklifts with Joystick and various attachments such as clamps, twin tynes, slipsheet equipment,



and other specialised attachments is highly regarded
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety procedures and Traffic Management rules
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Full Australian work rights
