About the Role

- Manage a small-medium sized portfolio of residential properties
- Strong offshore support across lease renewals, rent reviews, co tenancies, compliance, pet applications and more
- Leasing handled by a dedicated New Business team
- Use PropertyMe as the PM system
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

About You
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current ACT Real Estate Registration required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing a portfolio and competing priorities
- Skilled, proactive and client focused
