Our client is a well-established legal practice with a longstanding presence in the Pendle Hill and wider Western Sydney community.

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a broad conveyancing and wills and estates caseload, backed by solid administrative support and direct mentorship from experienced Principals.

Salary and what is on offer:

- $90,000-$150,000, dependent on experience, genuine recognition for the seniority you bring
- Set hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, so your evenings and weekends stay yours
- Office-based team culture, with no late-night screen time expected
- Excellent administrative and management support, so your time goes into files, not admin
- Direct mentorship from experienced Principals when a matter gets complex

About the role

You'll manage a broad caseload spanning conveyancing, property transactions and wills and estates work, with genuine ownership of your files from instruction through to completion.

- Residential conveyancing
- Commercial property transactions
- Wills and powers of attorney
- Estate-related client work
- Preparing, reviewing and progressing documents
- Liaising with clients, agents, banks and solicitors
- Managing matters efficiently from instruction to completion
- Working closely with experienced Principals and support staff





What you'll bring

- Minimum 3+ years post-admission experience (PAE)
- Current NSW practising certificate
- Solid technical grounding across conveyancing and wills and estates
- Confidence managing your own caseload with genuine autonomy
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Based in or able to comfortably commute to Western Sydney
