Onetrak is seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to lead operations across Victoria and South Australia.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for people management, revenue growth, and operational performance across multiple branches. You will leverage your industry network, commercial skills, and technical knowledge to drive results

Home to some of the largest brands within the earthmoving and construction, forestry, material handling and quarry industries, the business offers new and used machine sales, hire equipment, service, and parts.

Today employing over 100 people across Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia, Onetrak prides itself on the quality of its people, carefully chosen from a diverse range of backgrounds within the industry with one common trait – a desire to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop multi-site teams across VIC and SA

- Drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention

- Manage regional P&L;, budgets, and financial performance

- Provide technical leadership and oversight of service operations

- Build and leverage a strong customer network

- Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance

- Oversee branch operations, safety, and continuous improvement

- Travel: Approx. 1 week per month in South Australia and regional areas

About you:

- Proven people leadership experience (multi-site preferred)





- Established customer network in heavy equipment / construction / forestry / quarrying

- Strong sales and business development capability

- Sound mechanical aptitude / technical knowledge of heavy machinery

- Experience managing budgets, P&L;, and operational performance

- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Current driver’s licence

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

- Relevant trade qualification preferred

- Formal business qualification (MBA or similar)
