Green Island Resort is looking for an experienced and confident Cook to join our team! Working as part of a small, dedicated team, the role is to support efficient kitchen operations in line with resort and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist Chefs with the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.

- Ensure food quality, presentation, taste and portion control consistently meet resort standards.

- Contribute to menu planning and assist with staff meal preparation as required.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements, including HACCP standards.

- Maintain clean and organised kitchen areas and equipment, while ensuring correct food storage, labelling and stock rotation to minimise waste.

About you

- Previous kitchen experience (desirable)

- Able to commit to working a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
