About the role

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Moorebank operation and lead a small team in a busy 3PL environment. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role for someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows what it takes to keep freight/stock moving safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily inbound and warehouse operations

- Operate forklifts as part of daily duties

- Lead and support a team of employees in a rapid-paced environment

- Coordinate receiving, put-away, processing and dispatch

- Drive achievement of operational KPIs and service levels

- Manage labour allocation against daily freight volumes

- Champion strong WHS standards across the site

- Support inventory accuracy and process compliance

- Liaise with leadership and clients to meet expectations

About you

- Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)

- Experience in warehouse, freight and logistics operations

- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting





- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and freight movement

- Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems

- A hands-on leader who works alongside the team

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Physically able to manage operational requirements such as loading and unloading of containers
