Project Coordinator | Design & Construct | Adelaide
My client is a premier national specialist in commercial fitout, refurbishment, and construction services. Their team delivers high-value, high-quality projects across the commercial, office fit-out, education, hospitality, retail, and recreation sectors.

About the Role:
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and key external stakeholders, you will drive operational efficiency, risk management, and financial control to support the seamless delivery of commercial projects.

- Commercial & Financial Support: Assist Project Managers with subcontractor procurement, invoice processing, cost reporting, cash flow projections, and project programming.
- Site & Trade Coordination: Direct subcontractor workflows, track quality control against scope requirements, and manage RFIs, meeting minutes, plan registers, and contract variations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for project timelines, risk logs, quality compliance, contract administration, and practical completion defect lists.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct site safety audits, track environmental performance standards, and process hazard/near-miss reports.

About You:

- Qualifications: Tertiary degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience:



1–3 years of commercial construction experience (including graduate or cadet pathways).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Jobpac, Procore, CostX).
- Attributes: Proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
