Site Team Lead – Medical & Emergency Services

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off | FIFO | Permanent Full time | Immediate Start

Citadel Medical is seeking an experienced, AHPRA-registered clinician and ESO to lead the Medical and Emergency Services team at one of our remote mine sites.

This hands-on leadership position combines clinical care, emergency response and team coordination. The successful candidate will also have experience as an site-based MESO/ESO who can provide strong clinical leadership while maintaining a professional, capable and response-ready team.

About the role

As the Site Team Lead, you will:

- Lead and support the site Medical and Emergency Services team

- Provide advanced clinical assessment, treatment and emergency care

- Coordinate and support responses to medical, rescue and site emergency incidents

- Maintain clinical governance, documentation and regulatory compliance

- Support emergency response training, drills and competency development

- Mentor team members and promote a positive, high-performance culture

- Liaise with site management, HSE personnel and external healthcare providers

- Act as a main site based point of contact for Perth based management team

- Ensure medical facilities, emergency vehicles and response equipment remain operationally ready

- Participate in the site’s emergency response requirements as an active MESO/ESO

Essential requirements

To be considered, you must have:

- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a registered clinician





- A minimum of three years’ post-registration clinical experience

- At least one year of remote or isolated-area clinical experience

- Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue, or a recognised equivalent

- Demonstrated experience working on mine sites as a MESO and/or ESO

- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills

- The ability to work confidently and independently in a remote environment

- Current Australian driver’s licence (HR - Prefered)

- Current unrestricted Australian working rights

- The ability to complete all required pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol and site-clearance requirements
