About The Role
Lead a well-established store where the operational foundations are already in place, allowing you to focus on what you do best. This role is all about driving sales, coaching your team and creating an energetic customer experience. Leading a team of 6-8, you'll inspire performance, maximise every sales opportunity and build a culture where results are recognised. With an uncapped commission structure, you'll earn on your own sales as well as store performance, and unlike many retail businesses, you'll continue earning commission even if the store falls short of budget, ensuring your effort is always rewarded. Supported by experienced regional leaders, you'll also have genuine opportunities to progress your career.
Skills & Experience
- Proven retail leadership or strong sales experience
- Passion for coaching and developing teams
- Confident driving sales and customer engagement
- High energy with a results-focused mindset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
