As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable SportsPower Broome experience.
SportsPower Sales Assistants are responsible for, however not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
- Assist other staff and share product knowledge with customers
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Ad-hoc tasks as required and upkeep store presentation
Who you are
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Lives in Broome
- Customer Service/Retail Experience Superstar
- Previous experience with a sports retailer will be preferred but not essential
- Customer focused
- Has a love and appreciation of sports, fitness and sports brands
- Great attention to detail and willing to learn
- Is passionate about sharing knowledge with staff and with customers
- Able to work independently and unsupervised
- Shows a sense of urgency and is results driven
- Ability to work in a rapid paced team environment
- Ability to work across the working week Monday-Sunday (shorter hours Sat/Sunday, 5 day working week)
- Ability to use various computer programmes including but not limited to word and excel
