About the role
We are currently seeking experienced mechanical & BMS site foreman and electricians to join our professional team here in Sydney Metro tunnel projects. Our speciality is mechanical-electrical and building management system installations.
- Able to work in a team environment, but also manage project tasks independently
- Be the main contact on site , responsible for managing tasks set by the PM
- Sydney Metro Tunnel/Western Sydney Airport works
- Full time position

Skills and experience
- Proven and recent work history in commercial or railway construction
- RIW 1(Rail Industry Worker) Card preferred
- Experience in mechanical-electrical/HVAC and building automation
- Exposure to BMS installation and pre commissioning
- Working with VSDs
- Experience with HVAC equipment ( AHUs, Chillers ,Pumps etc)
- MVCD , Fire damper set up and testing experience
- Great work ethic, enthusiastic and pride in your work
- Construction Industry White Card
- Excellent communication skills
- EWP license
- Good Communicator !
