We're looking for a friendly, reliable Weekend Showroom Assistant to join our team on a casual basis at our Glendenning showroom — home to two full-size granny flat displays where customers come to explore their options and get inspired for their project.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting customers as they arrive at the showroom
- Guiding visitors through our display homes and answering initial questions
- Helping customers select finishes and materials for their project
- Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Passing on customer enquiries and information to the sales team
- Answering phone enquiries during showroom hours
- Using our CRM and update all the customer information
About you
- A warm, welcoming manner and genuine interest in helping people
- Comfortable talking with customers and confident on the phone
- Reliable and punctual — able to commit to both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- An interest in home design, finishes or the building industry is a plus (not essential)
- Previous customer service or retail/showroom experience is well regarded
