About the role:

As an experienced HVAC&R; Service Technician, you will deliver high quality maintenance and repair services across Perth and surrounding areas, primarily working in industrial, retail and commercial facilities.

You will diagnose and resolve HVAC&R; system issues, perform routine preventative maintenance and ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. You will also provide professional advice and excellent customer service while maintaining system performance and reliability.

We don't micromanage our team, you're empowered to co-ordinate your own work to suit your plan for the month. You quote your own repairs that you find on your maintenances and call outs and can earn bonus's on how much work you win.

· You will have all relevant trade qualifications and licenses to perform your duties, including an active drivers license

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performing HVAC&R; maintenance, breakdowns and repairs

· Quote for repairs and replacements

· Support clients and colleagues with technical expertise

· Provide detailed service reports with attention to detail

· Build strong client relationships - This is essential

· Leading by example as a senior technician

Please note: You will be required to pass a national police check and pre-employment medical assessment.
