As a Personal Assistant, you will provide dedicated PA support to two Partners and assist other senior leaders as required. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting senior leaders within the business. You will manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, coordinate frequent itinerary changes and last-minute travel requests, manage busy and ever-changing diaries, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dedicated PA support to two Partners and assist other senior leaders as required
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, drivers and visas
- Coordinate frequent itinerary changes and last-minute travel requests
- Prepare travel reconciliations, reporting and associated administration
- Manage busy and ever-changing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Process timesheets, expenses and expense reconciliations
- Assist with personal errands and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships across the business and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly
About you
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administration role
- Proven experience managing extensive travel arrangements and complex itineraries
- Ability to remain calm and organised when dealing with last-minute changes and competing priorities
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Confident following up actions and managing stakeholder expectations
- Professional, approachable and adaptable in your working style
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
