As we continue to grow and expand in 2026, we are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term opportunity and wants to grow alongside an expanding dental practice.
Position: Part-Time Front Office Coordinator
Pay Range: $29–$35 per hour, depending on experience

The successful candidate will be someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working in a busy, patient-focused environment.
Essential skills and qualities:
- Previous experience in the dental industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, friendly and motivated attitude
- Confident in providing clear direction and ensuring clinic protocols and guidelines are followed
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- A genuine commitment to providing an excellent patient experience
Chinese language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are highly desirable but not essential.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice and the overall patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reception area and providing a warm welcome to patients and visitors
- Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing patient appointments, bookings and scheduling
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Responding to patient enquiries via email and other communication channels
- Processing patient payments and managing front-office transactions
- Assisting with patient recalls, confirmations and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate patient records and completing general administrative tasks
- Supporting the dental team with the day-to-day running of the clinic
- Ensuring practice policies, procedures and protocols are followed
- Contributing to a positive, organised and welcoming practice environment
