What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcoming customers and making them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in

- Learning about a wide range of products and confidently sharing that knowledge with customers

- Thinking creatively to find the right solution for each customer’s individual needs

- Keeping the showroom clean, organised, and visually appealing

- Using point-of-sale and stock systems as part of daily operations





- Working closely with your team to achieve shared sales and service goals

What You’ll Bring

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers

- A positive, reliable team-player attitude

- Willingness to learn and remember detailed product information

- Confidence with basic computer tasks and point-of-sale systems

- Previous retail or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays

- Flexibility to occasionally work across other locations when needed
