About the role

We are looking for Field Representatives to assist our Retail Team and provide a range of services in Consumer Electronic Appliance departments at Harvey Norman in NSW, QLD and WA. You will have support from our team. The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to specific service level agreements and to support, train and deliver in-store projects. You will be an in-store ambassador of our business and build strong relationships with both Harvey Norman and Narwal Australia team. This role requires local travel visiting different stores and is intended to operate under a sole trader contractor arrangement.

Key responsibilities

- Visit Harvey Norman stores across assigned territory

- Deliver engaging product training to retail staff

- Maintain high merchandising standards

- Ensure displays are clean, organised, and fully operational

- Check pricing tickets, promotional material, and point of sale displays

- Confirm products are correctly displayed and available for customers

- Maintain expert knowledge of Narwal products and new product releases

- Support promotional campaigns and new product launches

- Report merchandising opportunities and store issues to Head Office





- Prepare detailed reports after each store visit

About you

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working with Harvey Norman or other major retailers (desirable but not essential)

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Current Australian Driver Licence

- Have your own vehicle
