Experienced Landscape Gardeners & Team Leaders

- 2 × Team Leaders

We are expanding our commercial maintenance crews and are seeking experienced Landscape Gardener Team Leaders to join our skilled team for an immediate start.

These are hands-on roles delivering high-quality lawn and garden maintenance across commercial sites, with opportunities for leadership, progression, and performance-based rewards.

Standard Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

- Start & finish location: Rocklea

Duties (Based on Role & Experience)

- Professional lawn and garden maintenance

- Mowing, edging, pruning, hedging and general garden care

- Operation of small plant and equipment

- Maintaining presentation, safety, and productivity standards

- Team Leaders:

- Leading and supervising crews of 1–2 team members

- Allocating daily tasks and maintaining quality outcomes

- Liaising with supervisors and reporting site issues

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience as a professional landscape gardener

- Ability to work reliably in a commercial maintenance environment

- Team Leaders:



proven experience leading or supervising small crews

- Current Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport

- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

- Ability to consistently start early mornings

Pay, Allowances & Benefits

- Casual hourly rates paid under the Gardening & Landscaping Award

- Classification and pay based on experience and duties performed

- Applicable allowances (including leading hand allowance where relevant)

- Annual performance-based bonus (experience and performance dependent)

Indicative weekly before-tax earnings:
? $1,269 – $1,446 per week, based on award classification, hours worked, and duties performed.
