We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Australian Motors Marketing Team and help drive the success of some of the world's most recognised and trusted automotive brands, including Hyundai, Genesis, Chery, Omoda, Jaecoo, Lepas, KGM, Mitsubishi, Isuzu UTE, Suzuki, and Mazda.

Working as part of our Marketing Team, you will be involved in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives across our group.

This unique opportunity allows you to work across a diverse portfolio of brands and marketing channels, including social media, sponsorships, events, ambassador programs,



and traditional media such as radio and television.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Chief Executive Officer, Dealer Principals, and Department Managers, while also liaising with brand manufacturers, agencies, and external suppliers.

SOME OF THE DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Coordinating the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Liaising with marketing suppliers regarding the design, development, production, and ordering of marketing materials and collateral.

- Assisting with the planning and execution of events, including vehicle launches, sponsorship activations, trade shows, and community events.

- Managing and monitoring social media platforms, digital channels, and company websites.

- Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging social media content.

- Coordinating ambassador, partnership, and sponsorship programs.

- Assisting with internal and external communications, including customer e-marketing campaigns, staff communications,



and direct marketing initiatives.

- Providing general administrative support to the Marketing Team.

ABOUT YOU

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).

- Previous experience in a marketing role and/or relevant internship experience.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Energetic, proactive, creative, and eager to build a successful career in marketing.

- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design platforms such as Canva.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- A current driver's licence.
