We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused bartender/barista to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional guest service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Assist with restaurant and event service as required, event and hotel conference set up is an additional benefit to the applicant
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- Have a guest focused approach vs a task focused approach
- Previous hotel experience is ideal, however not necessary
