About the role

The Project Manager - Completion is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Concept Windows' projects, defecting all projects, overseeing a team of Technicians/Glaziers, managing site level customer relations, and coordinating warranty and maintenance items alongside Project Completion Scheduler. This role demands robust leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to deliver projects profitably and to the highest standards, reinforcing Concept Windows' commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Attend project contractor meetings as required.
- Attend project handover meetings to fully understand design, parameters, and budgets.
- Complete all snag-defect / finals inspections in conjunction with provided Project PM snag list.
- Create and manage Snag Lists / ITPs for technician/glazier installations to ensure compliance with design, drawings, and standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless, profitable project delivery.
- Ensure prompt communication to scheduler to prevent escalation of issues.
- Execute project completion in line with contract documentation.




- Manage project completion expenses within budget, optimising scope, materials, and resources.
- Oversee all tasks related to final installations, including attending project handovers, conducting completion checklists, managing fly/security screen installation, and supervising teams to ensure quality workmanship.
- Manage warranty and maintenance services, including gathering and verifying issue information, determining warranty status, liaising with service technicians, and coordinating repairs and replacements.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within construction, glazing, or site works.
