About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer / Driver to join our aluminium windows and doors team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment, is physically fit, reliable and takes pride in delivering materials safely and professionally to jobsites.

You will support our factory, warehouse and installation teams while also completing deliveries of aluminium windows, doors and associated materials across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely load, secure and transport aluminium windows, doors and materials to construction sites.

2. Deliver products to builders, construction sites and customers throughout Melbourne.

3. Assist with unloading and carrying windows and doors safely.

4. Assist installers with window and door installations as required.

5. Load and unload trucks and warehouse materials.

6. Assist with general factory and warehouse duties.

7. Maintain clean and organised work areas.

8. Check products and quantities prior to delivery.

9. Complete delivery paperwork and communicate with site supervisors.

10. Follow company WHS procedures and site safety requirements.

11. Assist with basic handling, packing and preparation of aluminium windows and doors.

12. Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, secure and maintained.

13. Represent the company professionally when dealing with builders, trades and customers.

About You

The successful applicant will ideally have:

1. A current Australian driver's licence.

2.



Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or a similar environment.

3. Experience driving a ute, van or small truck is advantageous.

4. A strong understanding of workplace health and safety.

5. Good physical fitness and the ability to safely handle large and heavy window and door products.

6. Good communication skills.

7. A reliable and punctual work ethic.

8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

10. Good attention to detail.

11. Preferably can understand/speak Chinese

Experience in aluminium windows and doors is highly regarded but not essential.

Physical Requirements
