Territory Manager – Molecular Diagnostics | NSW / ACT / QLD

We are recruiting an exciting opportunity within the Molecular Diagnostics space for a driven and commercially focused Territory Manager.

Based in NSW, you will take ownership of a territory covering NSW, ACT and QLD, driving new business and managing complex sales opportunities across pathology, laboratory and hospital environments.

This is an chance for someone who enjoys opening doors, identifying opportunities and navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for growing market share and winning current business across a portfolio of advanced molecular diagnostic solutions.

Individual capital equipment opportunities are typically valued at $400K–$500K, with sales cycles ranging from 6–12 months.

Your customer base will include:

- Pathology laboratories

- Public and private hospitals

- Molecular diagnostics laboratories

- Microbiology laboratories

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a genuine hunter mentality.

You will ideally bring:

- A strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets

- Experience managing complex,



long-cycle and multi-stakeholder sales processes

- Capital equipment sales experience within healthcare, diagnostics or laboratory environments

- Experience selling into pathology, laboratory or hospital customers

- Molecular diagnostics or molecular pathology experience would be highly desirable

- Alternatively, a strong technical capital equipment background with relevant laboratory or diagnostic exposure

- The ability to confidently communicate complex technical information to a range of stakeholders

- Experience managing tenders, proposals and strategic sales opportunities

A scientific background or understanding of laboratory workflows would be advantageous but is not essential for the right commercial candidate.

Territory & Travel

This role will be based in NSW and cover NSW, ACT and QLD.

Travel to Queensland will be required approximately one week every 4–5 weeks.

Remuneration

- $110,000–$125,000 base salary

- $17,000 car allowance

- $4,000 fuel allowance

- 20% bonus chance
