Our client is looking for an experienced Dentist to join our clients' team in a well-established dental centre in the Bayside region of QLD. Operating since 2016, the clinic has built a strong reputation in the local community and continues to see consistent patient demand across general, cosmetic and advanced dental services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist who enjoys providing high-quality care across a broad clinical scope, with a particular focus on cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign or clear aligner therapy, and implant placement and restoration.

About the position:
Our client is looking for a confident Dentist to step into an existing patient base, with the current Dentist providing this higher-scope treatment moving out of the centre. This creates a solid opportunity for an experienced clinician to take over established demand and continue delivering a high level of care to loyal patients.
The role would suit a Dentist who enjoys a mix of general and advanced procedures, including cosmetic smile makeovers, veneers, clear aligner treatment, implant placement and restoration, dental crowns, bridges, composite restorations, teeth whitening, extractions, preventive care and restorative dentistry.
There is also an opportunity to provide mentorship to a junior Dentist with 1 year of experience who is eager to develop in cosmetic dentistry,



clear aligners and implants. This would be highly valued, although it is not essential.

Key Requirements:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry / Invisalign or clear aligner therapy / implant placement and restoration
- Strong communication and patient rapport-building skills
- Ability to manage an existing patient base with confidence
- Interest in mentoring a junior Dentist would be highly regarded
- Full-time availability preferred
