The primary objective of the position is to generate sales by delivering the highest level of customer service to all Clark Rubber customers and assisting in providing a welcoming, clean, neat, and well-merchandised retail store. This is a Casual position with a view for future Full Time.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers courteously and efficiently ensuring the highest level of customer service standards are met at all times
- Pool Water Testing
- Assist customers to find the goods and products they are looking for
- Answer customer queries and provide guidance and advice on product selection
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets as set by the Store Manager
- Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all revenue is correctly recorded
- Stock shelves and display product in accordance with planograms and Merchandising Standards
- Ticket items within the store in accordance with the Merchandising Standards
- Report discrepancies and problems to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
