Internal Sales Representative – Electrical Wholesaler

An exciting chance exists for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join a highly successful and growing team based in Adelaide’s Suburbs varous locations available Western , Northern and Southern. Happy to consider if you have experience withb Hardware orientatinted sales experience, trade sales ,mechanical sales etc...

- Various locations now include Windsor Gardens area, Port Adelaide, Morphett Vale Area, Evanston Area , Kentown area, Unley area

These are Permanent full time roles but client happy to look at Part time applications as well

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers, driving sales growth and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing outstanding customer service to trade and retail customers

- Processing customer enquiries and accurately compiling orders for collection and delivery

- Developing strong product knowledge and identifying customer solutions

- Internal sales and proactive business development, including cold calling

- Inventory control and ensuring stock is receipted and replenished promptly

- Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards

- General administration duties and computer-based order processing





- Assisting with warehouse operations and equipment upkeep

- Adhering to Quality Systems and Workplace Health & Safety requirements

- Working collaboratively with the wider branch team to achieve sales and operational targets

Skills & Experience Required

- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or wholesale distribution

- Strong sales ability with a proactive and positive attitude

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Professional telephone manner

- Strong computer literacy and administration skills

- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute across all areas of the business

- Experience within the electrical industry will be highly regarded but is not essential
