The Role
Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial properties,
you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management across a mix of industrial, retail and office assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end commercial property management
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Lease administration and renewals
- Arrears management and rent reviews
- Coordinating maintenance and contractors
- Property inspections and reporting
- Managing budgets, invoices and outgoings
- Working closely with the Sales & Leasing team on re-leasing requirements
- Maintaining accurate portfolio information within Cirrus PM
