About the Company

Global Lithium Resources Ltd (ASX: GL1) is a rapidly growing Australian lithium exploration and development company transitioning towards production. The Company has built a high-quality portfolio of lithium assets in Western Australia, led by its flagship 100%-owned Manna Lithium Project in the Goldfields region and the Marble Bar Lithium Project in the Pilbara.

The Manna Lithium Project, located approximately 110km east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia's Goldfields region, hosts a JORC Mineral Resource of 51.6Mt @ 1.0% Li₂O and a JORC Ore Reserve of 19.4Mt @ 0.91% Li₂O. Supported by a granted 21-year Mining Lease, a Native Title Mining Agreement with the Traditional Owners, and a completed Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), Manna is well positioned to become one of Australia's next significant lithium operations.

As part of its next phase of growth, Global Lithium has entered into an agreement to acquire the Nova Operation, including an existing processing plant and extensive operating infrastructure. This transformational acquisition has the potential to significantly reduce development capital, accelerate first production and establish an integrated mine-to-processing business, positioning GL1 to become one of Western Australia's next lithium producers.

Backed by leading strategic shareholders including Canmax Technologies, Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN) and Lopal Technologies, and led by an experienced Board and executive team, Global Lithium offers employees the opportunity to join a high-growth company at a pivotal stage as it advances towards construction, first production and long-term operational success.

- Direct IR strategy, handle complex dispute resolutions, and maintain Fair Work Act compliance.

- Lead strategic workforce planning, targeted recruitment campaigns, and site mobilisation processes.

- Drive the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), diversity initiatives, and employee engagement surveys.

- Promote psychological safety and manage psychosocial risk factors across all operational locations.

- Manage leadership frameworks,

talent reviews, performance management, and salary benchmarking.

- Oversee HRIS digital tools, policy governance, and actionable people analytics for business decisions.

The Ideal Candidate

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

- 8+ years previous experience in a similar role, preferably within mining, resources or heavy industry.

- Proven track record leading major workforce transitions, M&A; integrations, site commissioning, and Transfer of Business projects.

- Deep expertise in Australian workplace relations, Enterprise Agreements, and resolving complex ER/IR matters.

- Demonstrated success directing end-to-end talent strategies, including large-scale recruitment and operational site mobilisations.

- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to partner effectively from site operations to executive leadership.

- Strong capability with up-to-date HR systems, workforce technologies, and digital platforms.
