An opportunity has become available at Rose Lodge for an experienced Catering Supervisor who has a passion for the care of elderly residents and a desire to lead others to ensure best clinical and person-centered care.

What you’ll do:

- Supervise and inspire a dedicated catering team to deliver high-quality, flavorsome meals

- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant food safety regulations

- Assist with, ordering, rostering whilst maintaining cost-efficiency





- Supports catering services workforce compliance to appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.

- Build strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor, Head Chef, or similar leadership role in aged care

- A genuine passion for food and the joy it brings to people

- Robust knowledge of aged care catering requirements, including IDDSI and specialised diets

- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to compliance

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills
