Site Manager – $5M Residential Project Lower North Shore | $150,000+ Super | Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a highly regarded construction company and take ownership of a $5M high-end residential project in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering premium projects to a high standard and wants to work with an established and professional construction team.
The Role

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a $5M luxury residential project
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Manage site safety, quality, programme and construction sequencing
- Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, architects and client
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Drive quality control and ensure construction documentation and standards are maintained

About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction




- Experience delivering high-end residential projects valued at $3M+
- Strong understanding of construction processes, programming and site management
- Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to take ownership of a project and confidently manage day-to-day site operations
- Relevant construction qualifications and White Card required
