Kimberley Therapy Services is growing, and we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our supportive, multidisciplinary allied health team.

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate, approachable and motivated Physiotherapist who values connection, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about supporting individuals, families and communities.

In this role, you’ll deliver physiotherapy services across home, school, clinic and community settings, working with children, adolescents and adults to support mobility, strength, function and participation in everyday life. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team and supported to develop your skills across a broad and varied caseload.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we’ll tailor the role to suit your experience and provide the support you need to grow. You’ll be supported through regular supervision and mentoring from experienced clinicians to help build your confidence and clinical skills.

You’ll have the chance to be involved in outreach across the Kimberley, including travel to remote communities, with allowances provided. You’ll work collaboratively with families, communities and local services, contributing to a flexible, person-centred approach to care and meaningful community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services aligned with participant goals
Complete physical and functional assessments, intervention planning and clinical documentation
Support participants to improve mobility, strength, function and participation in daily activities
Provide education and support to participants, families and carers to promote independence and safety
Work collaboratively with families, communities and other service providers
Contribute to a flexible service model,



including community-based work and outreach where appropriate
Participate in team meetings, supervision and ongoing professional development

About the Practice

Kimberley Therapy Services is an ever-growing, locally owned multidisciplinary allied health and support services provider delivering services across the Kimberley. We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families to build capacity, strengthen independence and create meaningful connections within their communities.

Our team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Support Coordinators working together to deliver holistic, person-centred care. We are committed to inclusive, collaborative and evidence-informed practice, recognising the importance of dignity of risk and that the people we support are the experts in their own lives.

We are based in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, with offices in Broome, Derby and Kununurra. Our services are delivered in clinics, homes and schools, along with regular outreach across the Kimberley to communities such as Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Warmun, Bidyadanga and Looma.

You will bring

A qualification in Physiotherapy and eligibility for AHPRA registration
A positive, team-focused approach and strong communication skills
A genuine interest in working with individuals, families and communities
A commitment to delivering culturally safe and person-centred services
An openness to learning, developing and building your clinical confidence
An interest in rural and remote practice

What We Offer

Flexible employment, part time or full time
Competitive salary $95,000 to $120,000 plus super, dependent on experience
Work-life balance with flexible hours and work from home options where appropriate
Ongoing professional development, supervision and PD budget
Supervision and mentoring from experienced clinicians
Opportunities to travel across the Kimberley through outreach, with allowances provided
Relocation support options may be available where applicable
Additional gifted leave over the Christmas and New Year period
