Rattle Restaurant and Bar has a reputation for exceptional quality cuisine, and combined with excellent customer service and a great ocean-front outlook, it has become known as one of the region’s top venues.

We are seeking a suitably experienced and capable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to upholding the high standards for which Rattle has become renowned.

The suitable candidate would be driven, committed, and passionate about excellent cuisine, and focused on consistency, presentation, and efficiency. The right attitude will be essential, with a willingness to embrace existing methods, learn and develop,



and add a positive vibe to the working workplace.

Junior Chefs also sought to join the team and develop their skills and experience in a supportive, high-quality environment.

A suitably experienced Restaurant Manager is also sought to assist with the daily running of the restaurant and bar, including exceptional customer service, floor and bar service, staff supervision, stock-take, ordering and other general tasks.

Wage and salary packages for the various roles to be discussed, but in line with Restaurant Industry Award, and dependent on final position details.

Full-time Sous Chef position approximately $76,000
