The Lismore City Council is recruiting for a positive and customer‐focused Duty Manager to oversee operations at the Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre (GSAC) and Lismore Memorial Baths (LMB).
You will lead daily operations, ensure patron safety, deliver outstanding service, train staff, and support senior managers while promoting a welcoming, inclusive workplace across the facilities.Part time role, 30 hours per week, with shifts including early mornings and evenings, Monday to Sunday.
