THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our Brisbane Airport team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of our airport business. You will lead and motivate our Sales Crew, drive shift sales and KPI performance, and ensure we consistently deliver a world-class standard of customer service.

This is an exciting prospect for a proactive retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their leadership and management capabilities within a global luxury travel retailer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and support a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced airport environment
- Drive daily sales, budgets and key retail KPIs
- Develop your leadership and management skills within a global luxury retailer
- Work with a diverse portfolio of luxury and international brands
- Be part of a dynamic and customer-focused team at Brisbane Airport

You will be an experienced retail qualified with a strong customer focus and the confidence to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Proven experience and a successful track record within a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong knowledge and understanding of retail operations and customer service
- Strong numerical and commercial ability, with an understanding of sales KPIs and budgets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence to coach, motivate and support team members
- Willingness to undertake and successfully complete the RSA online course
