What you’ll be doing in this role?
As a casual administration officer you will be supporting the allied health and nursing staff to deliver high quality services to children.
Your work will include:
- Scheduling client appointments
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Ordering supplies
- Other general administration tasks
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in administration roles
- Ability to work across multiple IT programs
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
- Experience working with Microsoft office products
- Proven experience utilising other IT platforms
- Being able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- The ability to manage competing priorities
