CC Global Plumbing is a growing plumbing and civil business servicing residential, maintenance, and subdivision projects across the Bendigo region. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.

This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and confident using business software systems. Experience in the plumbing, construction, or trade industry is highly regarded but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- General administration and office support
- Managing job scheduling and workflow through Tradify
- Invoicing, accounts, and data entry using Xero
- Email and calendar management through Google Workspace
- Assisting with customer communication and job updates
- Supporting quoting, purchase orders, and document management
- Potential use of HROTCloud business software





What We’re Looking For

- Strong computer and administration skills
- Experience using Tradify and/or Xero preferred
- Positive communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
