We are looking to hire a fish filleter/knife hand to join our busy filleting team located at our Cannonvale store. Duties will include but not be limited to.

- Scaling
- Skinning
- Deboning
- Filleting
- Portioning
- Packing
- Weighing
- Cleaning
- Maintenance of Equipment & Delivery Driving

Experience with fish filleting is an advantage however “on the job” training will be given to the right person.
