You will build sophisticated, high-end residential landscapes with Ocean Landscapes, a growing luxury landscape construction and design company creating premium outdoor spaces across the Central Coast. Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-end residential landscape construction projects
- Run projects and take ownership of your work
- Guide, train and develop apprentices

About you
- Proven landscape construction experience, essential 3-4 years
- Relevant trade qualifications and any required current licences
- Full NSW Driver Licence
- The ability to work confidently without constant supervision
- The capability to run projects and take ownership of your work
- The ability to guide, train and develop apprentices
- Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
- Robust communication and people skills with clients and colleagues
