We are a family-owned company looking for a confident, proactive and reliable person to join our team as a Junior Office Administrator.

This is a hands-on role where you'll assist with a range of day-to-day office tasks, including organisation, ordering PPE, basic Excel spreadsheets and general administration. On-the-job training will be provided, so we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and willing to help wherever needed.

Applicants must:

- Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license (essential)
- Have basic computer skills and be willing to learn
- Positive communication skills, including verbal and written
- Able to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Enjoy working as a part of a team
- Be proactive,



organised and willing to help across all areas of the office

Tasks/Duties involve:

- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Data entry and updating records
- Ordering and monitoring PPE and office supplies
- Basic Excel spreadsheets and record keeping
- Greeting and/or directing visitors to the correct team member
- Assisting with timesheets and staff records
- Following up on orders and suppliers
- General reception and office administration
- Printing, scanning and photocopying
- Organising deliveries and collections
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
