Experienced High-Needs Disability Support Workers Wanted

Fraser Coast Disability Services is growing and we’re looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are confident supporting participants with high physical and complex care needs.

Hervey Bay & Maryborough

We’re looking for workers experienced in:

- High physical support & complex care
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Neurological and physical disabilities

Supporting participants to live with Independence, Purpose & Joy

A variety of shifts across 7 days , master rosters available, so you know when you're working,

Shifts including:

We’re looking for people who:

- Have solid experience in high physical needs/complex care
- Are confident with personal care, hoisting and mealtime management
- Have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card
- Hold current First Aid & CPR
- Have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Are reliable, compassionate and genuinely enjoy supporting people
